Mindful Eating Lunch

WHAT you eat is important, but HOW too. Get a healty solution to refuel your mind and body for the afternoon.

After this lunch break you feel recovered, centered and energized. The MINDFUL EATING lunch includes:
– Guided meditation to calm your mind and body, including short introduction in mindful eating (30′)
– Enjoy the lunch in noble silence (15′)
– Continue to enjoy the lunch together and exchange our experience (15′)

We are happy to collaborate with Nosh Pots- the best salad in a jar in town, SANE FOOD FOR SMART PEOPLE.

The event is run by our NOW teachers Anina and Philipp.
