  • 15′ Introduction about Mindful Eating: questionnaire, Intro Booklet, Mindful Eating concepts
  • 15′ Mindful Breakfast eating in silence
  • 35′ Enjoying breakfast with Community, share experiences


The place to be in Zurich: NOW Meditation, Bahnhofplatz 15, 8001 Zurich, 3rd floor.


CHF 40.- (incl. Breakfast – warm Porridge, best Gipfali and Coffee in town – we mean it ;), bulletproof with bio butter.

The workshop will be in English and German (both languages are used, depending as well on guests).
